Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of product development, market trends, and customer needs in the coatings sector
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing sales teams across diverse regions.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills to align with long-term business goals.
• Ability to foster a collaborative work environment across sales, marketing, and technical teams.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sales performance analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to identify new market opportunities and drive business development efforts

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Engineering / Science
• At least 10 years of experience in sales
• Experience in leading a sales team
• SEA Exposure will be an added advantage
• Experience in marine coatings and protective coatings
