Policies proposal and implementation in respect to the area of human resource management and development of the organization, in compliance with the local labor regulations.
Liaise with area managers to develop and implement local HR strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization's overall HR strategy.
Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs.
Manpower planning e.g. recruitment, selection, hiring and termination process.
Employee performance i.e. management and administration of a total compensation & Benefits system including performance management system, salary increment, bonus payment, promotions, job descriptions and career planning and payroll system.
Employee relations i.e. communication and health, safety and employee wellness
Expatriate management i.e deal with expatriate accommodations and income tax
Employee Competency: training & development i.e. training plan/objectives, policies & system of the Company to ensure employee performance meets job standards and requirements and future development.
Accountable for HR budget and cost control.
Insurance policies and renewals
Department representative in HSEQ committee & ISO matters.
Job Requirements:
Degree in any discipline. Preferably more than 8 years relevant experience in human resources functions in manufacturing or plant environment
Strong knowledge of the full spectrum of HR practices and demonstrated ability to provide HR solutions to the Leadership team and Department Managers.
Possess strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work with the line to resolve people issues
Strong knowledge of working with expatriate management
