Lead Business Analyst (SAP IBP / HANA) #AKT

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and optimization of end-to-end planning programs, ensuring business systems effectively align with strategic objectives and operational requirements.

• Partner with key business leaders to understand requirements, recommend best practices, and design scalable solutions that enhance business performance.

• Develop and present business cases for large-scale system, process, and digital transformation initiatives, influencing executive-level decision-making.

• Configure and enhance SAP IBP and related enterprise systems to improve planning processes, expand system capabilities, and drive operational efficiency.

• Lead cross-functional design reviews to ensure standardized, globally scalable solutions that support long-term business growth and consistency.

• Gather and analyze business requirements, identify process and functionality gaps, develop process flows, and recommend solutions that improve productivity and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT / Engineering

• At least 8 years of SAP SCM Experience with Planning systems- SAP IBP/ APO (SAPS4 experience a plus)

• IBP Order Based Planning implementation experience

• Real Time Interface experience between SAP IBP and S4 Hana
